General / Service Basics
You resell web development under your own brand. We handle all the technical work (design, coding, bug fixes, etc.) behind the scenes, and you present the deliverables to your clients as if your own team built them.
You pay one flat monthly fee that covers a defined number of development hours or tasks. There’s no hourly billing surprises. If you hit the included limit and want extra work, we’ll provide a quote for the overage.
No long-term binds. Our plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel (with notice) based on your agency’s workload.
Yes. We support WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, custom PHP/Node.js work, React/Next.js, and major page builders (Elementor, Divi, etc.). Just tell us your technology preferences and we’ll adapt.
Project Workflow & Management
We use a transparent project management system (like Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or your preferred tool). You’ll see tasks, statuses, comments, and timelines — you’re always in the loop.
Typically you submit tasks, assign priorities, and we follow that order. For big projects (full site builds), we’ll split into milestones and block time accordingly. We never surprise you with hidden scheduling.
You’ll have a dedicated project coordinator or account manager. They route tasks, manage resources, and ensure quality before handing things to you for review.
Security, Logins & Confidentiality
We use secure credential-sharing tools like LastPass (shared vaults), 1Password Teams, or equivalent systems. You never have to email passwords in plain text. Everything is logged and auditable.
No. Everything is branded under your agency. We never interact directly with clients unless you want us to, and our communications carry your branding.
Yes. We’re happy to sign NDAs, non-disclosure, and non-compete agreements as needed. Your client names, code, project assets, and strategies remain yours alone.
Deliverables, Turnaround & Revisions
For standard tasks (bug fixes, small edits, tweaks), we aim for 24–48 hours. For full website builds or large features, we’ll provide a project timeline up front.
Absolutely. You’ll get deliverables in a “review” or “awaiting feedback” status. You can request edits, adjustments, or refinements until it meets your standard.
We’ll quote the additional work separately (as an “overage” or “extra project”) and get your approval before proceeding.
Using This Service with Your In-House Team
Great — many agencies use us for overflow work, during high-demand seasons, vacations, or specialized tasks. We integrate seamlessly into your workflow.
Yes. We follow your agency’s style guides, code conventions, documentation norms, and UX guidelines. The goal is for the output to feel native to your brand.
Onboarding, Payments & Trials
You sign up for a plan, we gather your onboarding requirements (tech stack, branding, style guide, access), set up your project tool, and get you started within a few days.
You can start with a small paid test task to evaluate the quality, communication, and process before committing to a full monthly plan.
You’ll get a monthly invoice. Payments can be via PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer, or other agreed methods. Everything is transparent—no hidden fees.
If you cancel, you keep the work done already. For new clients, we usually offer a short “satisfaction guarantee” period (e.g., 14 days) where you can cancel for a refund if you’re not satisfied (terms apply).
We hand over all project files, code, credentials (if within your access policy), and ensure a smooth handoff. If any licenses, plugins, or tools are involved, we’ll discuss transfer or renewal with you.
